Tommy (the company owner) came and replaced a kitchen faucet for me. He had to work really hard to get the rusty very old faucet off. Thanks for the speedy reply and clean work. His subcontractor Mike rodded out the kitchen drain that had lots of grease in it from the previous owners that had dumped in it. He worked for a solid hour clearing and showing me with his drain camera. Thank you Tru American Plumbing. Very highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience! Professional, kind, reliable, and fair prices. We needed a new water heater and we put in a water softener. Thomas went over our options and answered all our questions. He did an excellent job with running the extra plumbing where it was needed since we also didn't have a softener loop. I had a price in mind from past quotes and he was right in line with those quotes, even a bit less than I expected! He stayed after and showed us how to use them and what we needed for them to run efficiently. Stand by Thomas, his communication and customer service. With my husband deployed, Thomas came by and made it feel safe, respectful and comfortable while he attempted to install our dual tank Springwell system in our new home. Though all contents didn’t come via FedEx, he agreed to come back at a later date without issue. Even with husband having a change of heart midway through due to his collector cars and tools (as well other circumstances). Thomas understood but ultimately came back when husband returned and installed everything. Other companies quotes were INSANEEEEEEEEEEEEELY higher than Thomas. The nicest most honest and helpful person I have come across since our move here. I came home to a leaky water softener not having a clue what to do.
