Stand by Thomas, his communication and customer service. With my husband deployed, Thomas came by and made it feel safe, respectful and comfortable while he attempted to install our dual tank Springwell system in our new home. Though all contents didn’t come via FedEx, he agreed to come back at a later date without issue. Even with husband having a change of heart midway through due to his collector cars and tools (as well other circumstances).
